Genesis Technical System’s funding round with Shadow Foundr has been extended for one month and will now close 28 September 2018.
As mentioned previously, Genesis was planning to close the current CAD $0.25 (£0.15) funding round at the end of August, but several investors requested the round be extended to enable them to invest further when they return from vacation. To accommodate them, and other investors on holiday, Genesis has moved the closing of this round to 28 September 2018.
Genesis is closing this round following the successful CenturyLink trial and very positive traction with other major carriers, and commencement of sales and commercial rollouts. Genesis anticipates the next funding round will open at around CAD $0.50 later this year.
