Convert Technologies’ funding round with Shadow Foundr has been extended for two weeks and will now close on 17th September 2018.
Convert was planning to close the current funding round at the end of August, but several interested parties requested the round be extended. To accommodate them, and other potential investors, Convert has moved the closing of this round to midnight on Monday 17th September 2018.
Convert is extending the round on the back of a raft of positive news regarding its technology. This includes the recent announcement that it is close to agreeing a licensing deal with Sennheiser, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of headphones. In addition, ION, a recognized global leader in lifestyle consumer electronics, launched the EZ Vinyl 2 converter app this week, the first app in the world to give customers the power to record their vinyl music library straight to their devices. EZ Vinyl 2 utilizes a powerful new engine developed in partnership with Convert Technologies, and Convert will earn a healthy percentage of all sales via Apple App Store, Google Play and the Amazon App Store.
Convert Technologies’ ground-breaking licensing model, working with large established brands who have market reach to drive excellent sales numbers, is starting to reap dividends. The big brands have the distribution, sales and marketing muscle, what they don’t have is an ability to innovate and that’s where Convert comes in.
With protected IP, grant money vindication, retail traction, a huge market to tap into and the potential to move into other sectors by licensing their tech, Convert is well placed to deliver a period of rapid growth.
