Big Deals Driving JMango 360 Closer to €100k Monthly Recurring Revenue

With JMango 360 closing in on its target of €100k monthly recurring revenue, the company has set a close date to this current funding round of February 1st.

Following a series of commercial deals with various multinationals, including the world’s largest drinks and brewing company, Anheuser Busch InBev and listed Indian giant, Britannia, JMango 360 believes it will reach this recurring revenue target by June of this year, at which point the company valuation could rise as much as 5x.

JMango 360’s technology provides SMEs with mobile-only solutions that significantly increase their revenue generating capabilities and reduce internal costs.

In 2019, the company successfully implemented its new strategy, focusing on higher tier and B2B customers, effectively transforming its proposition from a “Do It Yourself” to an Open SaaS platform, enabling partners to sell and use their product.

In addition, the company has perfect “product-market/problem-solution” fit in emerging markets like Africa and Asia, selling its first deals to Distell and Pernod Ricard; and with a pending sales pipeline valued at circa €1.5m, for more than 20 other multinational brands.

Currently the company is generating significant revenues from 200 customers across the globe and operates a monthly SaaS (Software as a Service) business model with minimal upfront fees. Uniquely, the company has patented technology, which is a rare thing for a SaaS business.

With the company now on a very solid footing, Management has taken the decision to close the current funding round on February 1st. This is therefore the final call for all Shadow Foundr members to invest in this round.
