INVESTMENT READINESS EVENT
Shadow Foundr will be sharing insights to entrepreneurs at two upcoming investment readiness events in Nottingham and Milton Keynes, hosted by Venture Capital firm, Foresight. The events are aimed at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) seeking equity investments, who require assistance with making their funding application to Foresight or other investors.
- Nottingham two-day programme: 2nd & 5th April 2019
- Milton Keynes two-day programme: 1st & 9th May 2019
As an appointed manager to the Midlands Engine Investment Fund, Foresight is making equity investments of up to £2m into SMEs predominantly in the East and South East Midlands. The interactive events, hosted by expert speakers, will cover:
- Types of funding available
- What investors look for
- Pitch decks and Investment Memorandum
- Financials
- Legals and due diligence
- Pitch preparation and practice
During these two-day events, there will be the opportunity to develop your investment documents and obtain feedback on your plans. This is free* to selected companies based in the region who can commit to attending both days of the programme.
